Teatro Vista and Suzan-Lori Parks’ 365 Days/365 Plays

TEATRO VISTA presents the 11th week of
Suzan-Lori Parks’ 365 Days/365 Plays.

All performances of the 365 Days/365 Plays Festival are free.

The Hungry Brain, 2319 W. Belmont, Chicago

January 27, 2007 at 8:30 pm at
Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 3200 E. 91st Street
in South Chicago.

This installment of the festival features all seven plays being performed
at each of two performances. The seven world-premiere short plays
include:

1) BETWEEN THE 1ST REHEARSAL AND THE 2ND
2) THE WAGON
3) BAREFOOT AND PREGNANT IN THE PARK
4) CHANNEL 5 WEATHER
5) ANOTHER PLAY IN THE HOUSE CALLED "HOUSE OF JONES"
6) FATIGUE
7) THE ARRIVAL OF THE END

The plays will be directed by Teatro Vista Ensemble members Lauri Dahl and
Joe Minoso, guest artist David Perez, and Teatro Vista Artistic Director
Edward F. Torres.

Part of Teatro Vista’s mission is to build a bridge between Latino and
non-Latino cultures; therefore, the plays will be performed with an
increasing amount of Spanish language interspersed with English;
translated by guest artist Liza Ann Acosta and Teatro Vista Ensemble
Member Charin Alvarez.
